About
After three decades on the blues circuit, Stacy Mitchhart delivers his most compelling release to date with No Rhyme or Reason. Produced by multiple GRAMMY Award winner Tom Hambridge (Buddy Guy, Susan Tedeschi, George Thorogood), the album captures Mitchhart at his most confidentpairing soulful vocals, searing guitar work, and finely crafted songwriting. Recorded largely on Nashvilles historic Music Row, the album features special guest appearances from Gretchen Wilson, Kenny Neal, and Charlie Musselwhite. Four singles anchor the release, including the edgy Bad As You, the bold, groove-driven Good One Time, and the New Orleans-flavored Mean Bad Wrong featuring Kenny Neal. The duet Sure Looks Good To Me, co-written with Hambridge and Richard Fleming, features GRAMMY winner Gretchen Wilson.A recipient of the Albert King Most Promising Guitarist Award and a Hall of Fame inductee, Mitchhart delivers authentic, roots-driven music built for Blues, Americana, and AAA radio. Roots-driven music built on soul, story, and truth.
